Peer Review

All outputs of the Atlas project, including country case study and the overview report, will be subject to peer review, to ensure the fact that they are high quality, rigorous and independent. Professor Atta-ur-Rahman, the Coordinator General of COMSTECH and Fellow of the Royal Society, has been appointed as the Chair of the Peer-Review Group which will consist of leading independent experts from the research community, industry and civil society (universities and think-tanks etc.) from OIC Member Countries, Europe and beyond. The reviewers are drawn from diverse fields in natural and social sciences, and will change for each country study to ensure that relevant expertise is utilised. This process is fundamental to ensuring that the country reports fulfil the overall objectives of the Atlas project.
